Scarlet Brantley

Miss Rodeo Louisiana 2024 & Miss Rodeo America 2024 In Southwest Louisiana for Rodeo Week!

"There is no place like Louisiana and nowhere are there fabulous people like you. I love Louisiana. If I had a hundred lives to live, I’d live them all in Louisiana."
The 57th Governor of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, said it best during his inauguration speech - no other state is quite like Louisiana! As we begin 2024, I can not help but share in the immense sense of pride that radiated from our capitol this weekend. In the weeks since our pageant in September, I have anxiously awaited for this day to come. Our year as 2024 state titleholders has officially begun!
Make sure you are following all of our social media accounts to keep up with all of the action from both within the Bayou State and across the country. We have exciting events planned for the next twelve months and you won't want to miss a thing!
Thank you, Louisiana, for the immense honor of being your representative for the next year. There is no place like home.
Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Scarlet Brantley
Miss Rodeo Louisiana 2024

About Scarlet Brantley...

Scarlet, daughter of Keith & Suzette Brantley, is proud to call Loranger, Louisiana home.
The Tangipahoa parish native currently attends Southeastern Louisiana University where she will
graduate in the fall of 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology and a Minor in
History. Scarlet, while a first-generation cowgirl, has richly involved herself with the sport of
rodeo. She serves as captain of the Louisiana Lightning flag girls and has served as a 2022 Dixie
National and 2018 – 2020 TNT Sweethearts flag team member.
Scarlet has barrel raced since her junior year of high school along with dabbling in local
judged events shows. Her trophy room proudly boasts nearly thirty belt buckles and seven trophy
saddles. When she is not riding horses, you can find Scarlet tucked away with a fantasy novel or
mythology textbook. Her graduation from the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts allows her
to explore her love of cinematography and editing whenever able.
Scarlet will spend 2024 traveling both within the Pelican state and across the country as
she prepares for the coveted Miss Rodeo America 2025 pageant in Las Vegas during the
Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. After she hangs up her queen chaps for the last time, Scarlet
aspires to achieve a Master’s of Animal Science and DVM from Louisiana State University. She
is overjoyed to honor the greatest American sport while representing the boot-shaped state she
calls home.
